7. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected merchandise.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has received final acceptance if there is a problem involving product availability, pricing, payment authorization, fraud screening, website error, or another legitimate operational issue.

Where an order is canceled after payment has been captured, an appropriate refund will generally be issued.

8. Pricing

Prices may change without advance notice.

We seek to maintain accurate pricing but cannot guarantee that technical, typographical, inventory, or display errors will never occur.

Where a material error affects an order, we may contact the customer and determine the appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.

9. Shipping Charges

Nova Drape Hub currently provides:

  • Free shipping for orders of $10.00 or more; and
  • $5.99 shipping for orders below $10.00.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by the Return and Refund Policy.

Customers should review those requirements before washing or wearing merchandise.

11. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any right or remedy that applicable law does not permit the company to waive.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KMOBILIA, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services where such limitation is legally permitted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
